Foray Network Services Pvt Ltd (formerly known as WillowTV Pvt Ltd) is a service-based company that manages the complete backend infrastructure, engineering and operations of Willow TV, an American pay television sports channel that is devoted to airing overseas cricket events, including live and recorded matches and cricket-related programming in English, with the majority of its advertising targeted towards the Indian subcontinent diaspora in North America. The network is carried both as a traditional subscription-television channel that airs on pay-TV providers, and a paid streaming service available online.
Foray Network Services also manages Major League Cricket, an upcoming professional Twenty20 cricket league in the United States.
Founded
Willow TV International was founded in 2003 by Vijay Srinivasan and Sameer Mehta. Named after the English Willow tree from which cricket bats are made, Willow is a leading cricket broadcaster and the only channel in the U.S. that is dedicated to cricket. It is also one of the fastest-growing sports networks in the U.S., featuring popular cricket matches and events.
In 2016, Times Internet Ltd (TIL), the digital arm of the Times Group, acquired Willow TV in a multi-million dollar deal. The operative design, development and production services were grouped under Foray Network Services Pvt. Ltd., which continues to provide service to Willow TV.
Foray Network also services Major League Cricket, founded in 2020 and dedicated to running a professional cricket competition within the United States, as well as developing and promoting the sport to raise its profile in North America.
Domiciled in Bangalore, India, Foray services are managed by a 50 member team.

The network was launched in the U.S. on August 27, 2010 and in Canada on May 14th, 2019. Broadcasts cricket matches and several cricket-based programs and coverage from around the world. The channel merged with NEO Cricket’s American network in February 2013 as that provider drew down their American operations with the Willow name remaining.
